PHILIPPINE PRIDE ROX!!!:

Y'know, the one thing that came up in my mind watching the boxing match is "Papa would have loved this"... and I find myself missing him terribly. ;_;

My sister spoiled the winner for me, am watching the delayed one from the local channel, but wow, it was still a good tournament regardless of that.

Cotto put up a hell of a fight, that managed to reach 11 rounds, even Pacquiao got a bit of a bruising there.


OTHERS:

I went "aaaaawwww" how sweet China is when America's boss came to visit when CNN showed the popular Oba-Mao shirts (made me LOL), then China's government went and banned em because they got worried they might offend the president. Which is also "aaaawwww".

They'd probably sell them again once their guest leaves though, but still.

Random family fact: My mom is an academic urban legend in her hometown back when she was young. She's still being talked about today.
